Memorial plaque in memory of the outstanding military leaders of the Great Patriotic War
At various times from 1953 to 1995 the following outstanding military leaders who made a great contribution to the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 lived in this house:
Philip Alexandrovich Agaltsov (1900-1980) – Air Marshal, General of the Brigade of the Polish People’s Army, Hero of the Soviet Union;
Grigory Alekseevich Vorozheikin (1895-1974) – Air Marshal;
Joseph Iraklievich Gusakovsky (1904-1995) – Army General, twice Hero of the Soviet Union;
Alexey Ivanovich Leonov (1902-1972) – Marshal of the Signal Corps;
Alexander Alexandrovich Luchinsky (1900-1990) – Army General, Hero of the Soviet Union;
Alexey Ivanovich Proshlyakov (1901-1973) – Marshal of the Engineering Troops, Hero of the Soviet Union;
Ivan Ivaanovich Fedyuninsky (1900-1977) – Army General, Hero of the Soviet Union.
